Refund policy
TxnFlow takes no payments yet, so there is nothing to refund. These are the terms that will apply once paid plans and page packs go on sale through Paddle, which will sell them as merchant of record.
Plans
- You can cancel at any time. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for, and there are no refunds for part of a period.
- Your first payment for a plan can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of making it.
Page packs
- A page pack you haven't used can be refunded in full if you ask within 14 days of buying it.
- When a pack is refunded, its unused pages are removed. Pages you have already used are never taken back.
Your statutory rights
If you live in the EU, the EEA or the UK, you have a legal right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days, which Paddle applies as set out in its buyer terms. Nothing in this policy reduces that or any other right you have by law.
