Getting help
To help us answer quickly, include:
- the email address you signed up with;
- the upload or statement involved, by its file name and month;
- what you expected to see, and what you saw instead.
Never send a PDF password by email.
Security reports
Email support@txnflow.app with “Security report” in the subject. The security page says what to include.
Practice plans
If you handle bank statements for clients, tell us about your practice: how many clients you work for, which banks their statements come from, and what you export to. Email us about practice plans.
Privacy and legal requests
To access, correct, export or delete your data, or to close your account, email us from the address you signed up with. The privacy policy explains your rights.
